Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Pegasus Psychiatry offers couples and family therapy which focus on relationships and address ways to improve communication, manage disagreements, and move toward greater trust and intimacy. These therapies can help when couples or families find themselves stuck in counterproductive communication and behaviors.
Self-defeating behaviors undermine our sense of purpose and fulfillment of goals, causing us to feel depleted, frustrated, and forlorn. Psychotherapy at Pegasus Psychiatry can help you with self-defeating behaviors such as perfectionism, unrelenting self-criticism, procrastination, social withdrawal, self-pity, sabotaging relationships, and constant comparisons with others.
Problems with self-esteem can negatively impact our relationships, work, and ability to feel fulfilled. If you are struggling with poor self-esteem, including a tendency to judge yourself negatively, contact Pegasus Psychiatry for expert help with psychotherapy and, when indicated, medication.
